Human Resources Generalist

JewTread HR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team in Abuja. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment, manage employee relations, implement workplace policies, and coordinate staff development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Administer local payroll and benefits.
Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with Nigerian labor laws.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
3+ years of HR experience in Nigeria.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an advantage.
