Core Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize Visuals: Review project briefs to understand design requirements, determine budget or time constraints, and brainstorm creative layouts. [1, 2]
  • Develop Marketing Assets: Design engaging materials for social media, digital advertisements, websites, email campaigns, and presentations. [1, 2]
  • Design Print Collateral: Produce high-quality, print-ready files for physical products, packaging, brochures, signage, and corporate reports. [1, 2, 3]
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Enforce visual brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints, ensuring appropriate color choices, font style, and logo usage. [1, 2]
  • Iterate with Teams: Work seamlessly with copywriters and creative directors to refine drafts based on stakeholder or client feedback. [1, 2]
  • Pre-Production Review: Examine layouts and drafts for spelling or visual formatting errors prior to final publication or print hand-off. [1, 2]

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Technical Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Design Theory Expertise: Strong understanding of typography, color harmony, visual composition, and digital file prepping.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and receive constructive critique productively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating motion graphics, animations, or short-form video assets.
