Lucas Durojaiye is an accomplished business professional and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning insurance administration, brokerage services, underwriting, general insurance, investment and life operations, technical and claims management, risk management, business development, and public relations.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Strategy, and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, London, United Kingdom. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

A highly accomplished professional, Lucas is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIN) and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB). He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria and the Institute of Loan & Risk Management.
