2. Services Description
Jewtread HR provides recruitment, staffing, and workforce outsourcing services, connecting employers and households with pre-screened domestic staff and corporate professionals across Nigeria. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placement support. Jewtread HR acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers; we do not guarantee employment outcomes, and final hiring decisions rest with the employer.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By submitting a CV or a staffing request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the authority to provide the information submitted, including on behalf of an organisation where applicable.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information in your CV, staffing request, or any other form submitted to us.
- Promptly notify us of any material changes to the information you have provided.
- Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or the nature of a staffing request.
- Use our website only for lawful purposes and not to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
Inaccurate or misleading information may result in the discontinuation of our services to you and, where relevant, removal from our talent pool.
5. Placement Services and Fees
Where applicable, fees for our recruitment and placement services will be communicated separately and agreed with the employer prior to commencement of a placement, typically via a service agreement or quotation. Any replacement guarantee offered is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of placement and does not apply where termination results from misconduct, breach of contract by the employer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we take care to screen and match candidates to the best of our ability, Jewtread HR does not guarantee that any job seeker will be placed in a role, or that any employer will find a suitable candidate within a specific timeframe. Screening and background checks are conducted using reasonable, industry-standard efforts, but Jewtread HR cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of information provided by third parties, including candidates, guarantors, and referees.
7. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, design, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jewtread HR and its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewtread HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment opportunity, or damages arising from the conduct of a placed candidate or engaging employer. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with the specific placement giving rise to the claim.
